We have all been through the wringer. This summer, we would like to let go of everything serious and just be little kids again. So what does that mean for a Parisian pâtisserie in Parkdale? 

Fun alliteration aside, it means we want you to walk out of here and be transported. Inspired by the fare available along the Seine, we bless the best, buttery French pastries with the magic of North American childhood carnival favourites… and then because it’s The Tempered Room, we elevate the resulting pastry fantasy right to the carnival top. Since ‘Carnaval’ alludes to a separate event in February…
we celebrate our mishmash of cultures and nationalities and call this veinnoiserie fête de l’été:
