Croque monsieur $9.00 (veg) • $9.50 (ham)
Artisanal pain de mie with herb butter and dijon spread on every possible surface. The veggie version gets a duxelle of wild mushrooms, folded into béchamel; ham has nutmeg béchamel. Both sandwiches are finished with an obscene amount of cheese and take 15 whole minutes to reach optimal meltiness.
Ham & cheese croissant $9.00
Our famous butter croissant sliced lengthwise, then filled with garlic butter, three cheeses, pan seared black forest ham and a grainy mustard cream.
Chicken salad sandwich $9.00
Not your mama's chicken salad! We roast and pull the chicken. Then we toss it in a grainy mustard aioli, wild leek pesto, pickled rhubarb and serve it on a house made milk bun with fresh iceberg lettuce.
Lambchetta ciabatta $11.75
Our three day ciabatta, chorizo and pine nuts stuffed lamb saddle, chimichurri, caramelized onions, fermented radicchio and kholorabi, finished with a maple mustard crema.
Smoked goat cheese egg salad sandwich $7.50
A soft, fluffy milk bun, with diced, perfectly cooked eggs, folded with a smoked goat cheese aioli, pickled red onions and scallions.
Squash foccacia $9.50
In house foccacia pressed with smoked goat's cheese, kale, herb-roasted squash, charred red peppers, pickled red onions, aged cheddar and diablo's fuego hot sauce.

Creamy black beans, smoked tomato compote, 3-cheese omelette, pickled jalapeño, avocado aioli on a house-made English muffin.

Flaky, buttery pate brisée shells, filled with creamy, rich royale. Available in a variety of sumptuous flavours, including: Smoked trout, house cured bacon, wild mushroom, confit tomato and caramelized onion.

WEEKENDS ONLY • Toad-in-a-hole house made puff pastry is the base of this fantastical creation. On top, a rotating selection of veggies, proteins and condiments. Each one, of course, crowned by a sunny side egg.

Pan seared sweet potato with thinly sliced kale together in our hand made buttermilk biscuit.
Ham & cheese biscuit $3.75
Black forest ham, scallions and Swiss cheese. All baked in to a flaky buttermilk biscuit.

Southern style done French. Locally milled cornmeal and jalapeño come together to give this sweet and savoury cloud bread a mild kick.

Planted based caesar dressing, coconut bacon, pomegranate and sunflower brittle, sourdough croutons—all adorning chiffonade kale. Vegan!

Available to order. A true labour of love, TTR undergoes an intricate process of chopping, mixing, roasting, straining, and simmering bones, veggies, wines, and other magic. After a final clarification, the result is an extraordinarily rich, crystal clear broth—possibly the epitome of the idea of umami • Quantities may vary so please check ahead of time.
