Our cakes are individually handcrafted, and are made using intricate French pastry techniques. Taking into consideration the high quality of our ingredients, intensive processes, and cost of ethical labour – we make no money on these; we offer them out of pure love of craft, and the desire to elevate the pâtisserie scene in Toronto to that of the finest Parisian establishments.

Inscription options:

24k lustre dusted, raised, tempered Belgian chocolate letters – $2 per character by a pastry chef, or $1 from students in training (recommend 3 to max 10 characters (try HBD, MOM, G ♡ H ) 

Fine Belgian chocolate plaque – 20 characters or under: $10, over: $20
